President & CEO
Thomas
Martini

Thomas is the founder and CEO of Lorval. Providing strategic business leadership for all aspects of Lorval’s development activities, Thomas is actively engaged in the daily operations of the company.

Working closely with the leadership team, he provides focused oversight and strategic direction for the company’s acquisitions, development, finance and technical innovation. Creative and entrepreneurial, Thomas has been successfully leading Lorval’s affiliate companies, Vitrum Glass and Apex Aluminum Extrusions since 1997. 

Thomas is energized by his passion for creating unique spaces and building strong communities.

McQueen

Darren is responsible for overseeing financial, treasury and cash management functions for Lorval and its affiliate companies.

Earning his CPA designation in 1998, Darren brings more than 15 years’ experience in senior leadership positions in finance including more than 6 years to the role of CFO.

Darren enjoys the challenge of managing a multitude of corporate entities and distilling complex financial initiatives into streamlined strategies.

Pieter has an extensive background in the construction and development industry, having successfully led numerous high-profile projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors.  His leadership style is characterized by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community impact.  He believes in fostering genuine connections within the industry and creating unique spaces that enhance the quality of life for residents and businesses alike.

Dan
Martynov

Dan oversees construction activities for Lorval in the Okanagan and supports activities in the Lower Mainland as needed. Dan brings 15 years of construction experience to Lorval, with 10 years in project management before moving into executive leadership roles.

His past construction projects include residential high-rise, wood frame, industrial, office, hotel and institutional in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Calgary, and Kelowna. 

Dan’s disciplined approach to pre-construction and planning ensure success on the execution of Lorval’s diverse projects in BC.

Director of Acquisitions
Anthony
Ketsadachan

Anthony oversees all acquisitions and leasing functions for Lorval in the Fraser Valley and Okanagan.  He is a seasoned commercial real estate investment professional with vast experience on both the institutional and brokerage side. He has successfully transacted on over $500 million of assets in multifamily, industrial, office and retail throughout Canada, and has underwritten over $1 billion of commercial real estate.   During his career, Anthony has represented large national pension funds, as well as high net worth private wealth clients.

Anthony believes that relationships are the fundamental backbone of this industry.
